Nancy is an experienced Board Director and Governance Advisor with over 13 years of experience in Financial Services in Mauritius and three years of international experience in the Energy sector.

Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Governance of the UK & Ireland and an ACAMS Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist, she advises boards and organisations on governance, regulatory compliance, risk and complex corporate structures.

As Co-Founder and Director of BALDO, she provides bespoke consultancy and business support to clients in Mauritius and internationally.

As a former high-level athlete who represented Mauritius internationally, Nancy brings the discipline, precision and resilience of elite sport to the boardroom, combining strategic perspective with rigorous execution and sound judgement.
